Minimal Symptoms...makes me worried

So everyone is talking about having fatigue and being nauseas and having sore boobs and I have none of the 3...I actually cant sleep, I have a little big of on and off heartburn...but that is it. It makes me worried, I actually want to have morning sickness to "feel pregnant". I am going to call my dr to see if they will do a blood test to confirm...just to make sure I am not imagining this, I have taken 9 tests now, all positive, but i worry because life seems TOO good right now!:)
