ouch ouch ouch....

OUCH! The past two nights I have been woken up in the middle of the night with cramps in my calves. OUCH It hurts even more when I stretch it out. I don't know why this all of a sudden this started to happen but I will try to put the heating pad on it to see if that helps...

    Muscle cramps are often caused by mineral deficiencies, namely, magnesium. I took 400-600mg of magnesium glycinate every night when i was pregs and didn't have any cramps. you might want to give it a shot.
    Make sure you get "glycinate" and that the tablets are no larger than 100mg each or it isn't absorbed very well and won't work. Here's a good brand:
