Tonight after our doctor appointment we had our 2nd "expected parents" class. WOW is all I can say. The theme for the night was the actual birth of the baby and the placenta. We saw 3 different birthing videos, 2 natural and 1 c-section, and neither look very pleasant or okay with me. But I guess there is no turning back now.
Next week our class is at the hospital and we will talk about the "non stress test" they use to see how the baby is doing at the same time as checking for frequency of contractions. We also will get a tour of the hospital and OB department next week.
